


DIY Rage Ritual
Rage and anger are often labeled as “scary” or “ugly” emotions in our culture. The blanket labeling of these very human emotions leaves us stripped of the proper tools to move them through our nervous system safely and regularly. When emotions like anger are suppressed, they are stored in the body over time and can lead to sickness and emotional dysregulation.
Personally, I experienced a dramatic decrease in the chronic anxiety I was struggling with once I started releasing anger in a healthy way with a structured practice.
That is why I am so excited to share the practices and tools that I have learned that have set me and dozens of my clients on a path of more freedom, pleasure, and healthier relationships.
